HPCL HITS TARGET

Dear All,

My first positional pick yesterday missed our target by just Rs.3, however i advised everyone who had taken the call to exit around Rs.550 levels as it is always better to pocket the money rather than wait for the last penny. As a good friend of mine always says lets leave some to the market.

Shall update the blog by end of the day for more analysis on nifty, world markets & stocks.

Nifty Future Update 8 Sep 2010

After a weak opening where in Nifty opened gap down by 30 points and an intraday fall from 5623 to 5572, Nifty closed very strongly just below 5600, which again emphasizes and underlines the strong momentum in Nifty.

Going forward if Nifty Future crosses 5627 the targets would be 5659---5716. At this point the Stoploss for this trade would be 5535.

Buy HPCL above 533 with a SL of 509 for a target of 556 time frame 1-2 Days.

NIFTY FUTURE UPDATE 13 SEP

After a fantastic day where in the Nifty Future gained 131 points, Nifty closed at 5763. On the charts I feel that the Nifty is going to face stiff resistance at 5793-5810 levels, which need to be watched very keenly. Would advise traders to use appropriate SL for their respective long positions. However as long as Nifty Future stays above 5537 there is no problem for the bulls.

BUY HAVELLS WITH A SL OF 777

Havells has been in consolidation mode for a while now and is expected to break out. Long position can be taken with stop loss below 778. The first target would be 850.
